The JamaDhan services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express, implied, or statutory representations or guarantees of any kind. JamaDhan expressly disclaims all implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JamaDhan, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers. This covers all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to your participation in or use of the JamaDhan services.

Rules of use

To maintain efficiency and mutual respect among all users of the JamaDhan services, you must not post or make public any of the following:

  • Content that a reasonable person would recognize as harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or invasive of privacy or publicity rights.

  • Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes, without our prior approval.
  • Other solicitation, without our prior approval, that promotes a product or service.
  • Solicitation, without our prior approval, that invites or induces participation in a specific investment or investment activity.
  • Private information of a third party, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and credit card numbers.
  • Software viruses, harmful computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
  • Content within the JamaDhan services that constitutes, encourages, or gives instructions for a criminal offense.
  • Content that violates the rights of any party, creates liability, or violates any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Anything you are prohibited from disclosing by law, regulation, or contractual or fiduciary obligation.
  • Insider information about stocks or financial products.
  • Proprietary or confidential information acquired or divulged through employment, nondisclosure agreements, or similar arrangements.

 

You must also not:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation with any person or organization.
  • Use or attempt to use another user’s account, service, or system without our express permission, or create a fictitious identity.
  • Intentionally alter or modify information, including headers or other identifiers, to conceal or misrepresent the origin of anything that you or anyone associated with you transmits through the JamaDhan services.
  • Use the JamaDhan services in any unlawful manner.
  • Use the services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them.
  • Adversely affect other members’ or our use of the services.

Your content

You are responsible for any content you post or share with other users through the JamaDhan services. You must make sure the content is your own or that you have permission to post or share it.

We do not pre-screen or approve Your Content, but we have the right to review it and remove anything that breaks our rules. You are responsible for keeping copies of Your Content that you post or store in the JamaDhan services. You must protect us from any claim of infringement or unauthorized use that a third party makes against us because of your actions.

You promise, warrant, and agree that any content you post on the JamaDhan services will not violate or infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights. Our related staff may look at your profile and track how you use the JamaDhan services and our websites so that we can improve them.

By agreeing to these Terms, you give JamaDhan, its Related Persons, and other carefully chosen third parties permission to use your email address for both transactional and marketing purposes and to call and text you on your cell phone. You understand that you can tell us at any time, at contactus@jamadhan.com, that you do not want to receive direct marketing by email or phone.

This permission extends to automated technology that calls you or sends recorded messages or texts about their products at the number you gave when you signed up. Giving this consent is not required to buy goods or services from JamaDhan, its Related Persons, or other carefully chosen third parties.
